




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for a law firm in Madrid, responsible for public reception, file processing, inquiry management, and administrative tasks. Resolve client inquiries and organize filing An administrative assistant is required to support daily operations at a law firm located in the Salamanca district of Madrid. Main responsibilities include public reception and processing of files related to legal aid services. You will also handle client inquiries, perform administrative tasks specific to the legal sector, organize filing, and use the CRM system. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with an estimated duration of one to two months. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15, and Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00\. The gross annual salary is set at €18,000, paid in eleven installments. A Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration is required, along with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Prior experience in administrative roles is desirable, as well as the ability to manage a high workload under pressure, and personal traits such as organization and task-tracking capability.
