DESCRIPTION At Grupo Soledad, we are seeking to incorporate an **Access Control Manager** into our teams. We are looking for a professional with strong organizational skills, autonomy, and operational firmness to lead security, dock traffic, and supplier coordination at our logistics center. **What will you do on a daily basis?** Your role will be the core of the center’s operational flow and security: * **Access Control and Logistics Traffic:** Registering and screening carriers at the security gate, reviewing unloading documentation, and assigning loading docks. Coordinating and monitoring the flow of the 8 delivery vans serving the Madrid area. * **Management and Coordination of Suppliers and Subcontractors:** Requesting, analyzing, and tracking external service budgets (specialized maintenance, locksmithing, gardening, etc.). Planning their interventions and supervising strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations. * **Alarm and Security Management:** Primary point of contact for alarm notifications or triggers (verification and on-site response if required).
