**Description:** ---------------- Join our team! Ballesol is made up of a team of professionals specialized in elderly care and has been a leader in the sector since 1980. With over 4,000 employees and 50 residential centers across the national territory, we are currently seeking a Receptionist for one of our residential centers in Valencia. You will be responsible for handling switchboard calls, both external and internal, public address systems, and monitoring entry and exit to the Center. You will also be responsible for public and family attention. RESPONSIBILITIES * Public and family attention: receiving visitors, resolving inquiries, providing information about schedules, rules, etc. * Telephone and email support: managing incoming and outgoing calls, transferring to relevant departments, email management. * Basic administrative tasks: document filing, correspondence tracking, recording entries and exits, order reception. * Internal coordination support: communication and administrative assistance to different departments within the residence and management. * Access control: visitor and supplier registration. * Resident support for simple tasks: assisting with basic procedures (calls, messages to family members). * Event and activity support: notifying families, coordinating entries and exits (monitoring scheduled resident outings). CONDITIONS * Temporary contract for 3 months + indefinite * Full-time rotating shifts: morning (8:30 to 15:10) and afternoon (14:50 to 21:30) + one weekend every 3 weeks * Salary according to collective agreement * Start date: 11/20/2025 We offer a positive work environment within a team of highly skilled professionals.
