**Description:** ---------------- QUALIS IS SELECTING FOR AN IMPORTANT FOOD SECTOR COMPANY: QUALITY TECHNICIAN PART-TIME/FULL-TIME Will be responsible, with the support of an external consultant, for the comprehensive maintenance of the quality, food safety, and hygiene system. Main responsibilities include: Monitoring and verification of the three systems according to current food safety and traceability regulations: IFS and BRC HACCP and traceability. Preparation of product technical sheets Preparation of reports related to: Quality indicators Monitoring and control of Analysis Plans Non-conformities and corrective actions Supplier approval Customer quality questionnaires Customer satisfaction Response to audits Assisting department management during customer visits and inspections by public authorities and certification bodies. We are looking for a professional with: Degree related to Food Technology or similar. Proven experience in similar roles within the food industry, specifically in BRC and IFS systems. English language skills at B2 level (desirable) Proficiency in office software. We seek a person with: Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
