DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **trainer expert in Design Thinking and Conflict Resolution** to deliver a training session aimed at staff from the Technical Area and Residential-Care Area of the C.R.M.F. in Lardero (La Rioja). The objective of the training is to **develop communication, empathy, negotiation, and collaborative work skills**, applying the Design Thinking methodology to practical cases from the professional environment. #### **Training Objectives** * Develop skills in **effective communication**. * Promote **empathy** and understanding in workplace contexts. * Implement **conflict resolution strategies** and seek mutually beneficial solutions. * Identify and classify **different types of conflicts**. * Apply **negotiation and mediation techniques** using the Design Thinking methodology. #### **Training Session Details** * **Format:** In-person * **Duration:** 8 hours (2 sessions of 4 hours each) * **Dates:** September 20 and 21, 2025 * **Location:** C.R.M.F. de Lardero (La Rioja) REQUIREMENTS #### **‍** **Trainer Profile** * University degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields. * Proven experience in **adult training** and group facilitation. * Practical knowledge and experience in **Design Thinking** and **conflict resolution**. * Ability to engage groups and encourage active participation. * Experience in the socio-health sector or social services is desirable.
