




We are looking for a Program and Training Activities Manager to oversee the comprehensive organization of training projects. This involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring that each project has the necessary resources to achieve its objectives, always focusing on people. Among your responsibilities will be contacting different organizations to inform them and promote the projects we carry out. Additionally, you will work towards specific goals, focusing on meeting weekly targets established for the successful completion of activities. Collaboration with other internal teams will be essential to ensure that each activity reflects the values of inclusion and equity. For this position, experience in project management and coordination of training activities is required, preferably in the field of social inclusion. A background in areas such as project management, social work, or education is necessary. Skills such as empathy, problem-solving, initiative, inclusive leadership, organizational ability, interpersonal communication, teamwork, flexibility, and digital literacy will be valued. Additionally, a valid driver's license is required. A full-time permanent contract is offered, with the possibility of working remotely from home. The gross monthly salary is 1,500 euros.
