





Country Spain Province Logroño – La Rioja Application Deadline 14/01/2026 Category Direct Care **NGO Information** Diagrama Foundation **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response Rate: 75.68% **info** **Objective** ------------ Among other responsibilities, this position requires the following duties: * Conduct, together with the social worker and psychologist, an assessment of the minor’s family unit. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and implement the Priority Intervention Objectives Project (POPI) for each minor, while ensuring individualized care for each assigned child or adolescent (NNA), fostering a supportive and trusting relationship with each one. * Provide family accompaniment focused on promoting and training in positive parenting, shared parental responsibility, and positive parenting practices; encouraging positive learning methods; and eliminating physical or psychological punishment and violence within the family context—particularly targeting families where current or past violence has occurred. This intervention continues for as long as the minor remains in the service. * Ensure comprehensive coverage of all basic needs of the minors in care—including health, emotional, educational, and leisure/free-time needs. * Create an appropriate developmental environment across all domains within group homes. * Communicate internal rules and operational guidelines, establish necessary boundaries for smooth service functioning, and model appropriate behavior. * Convey inclusive social norms; assist in channeling impulses, listening actively, and resolving conflicts appropriately in each case. * Support in all daily life activities. * Respond to all emergencies or incidents involving children or adolescents (NNA) during one’s shift. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education, preferably, and/or a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a socio-educational field. * Proficiency in both intellectual and practical strategies required for the role. * Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. * Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual criminal records. * Strong motivation for educational work with minors. * High capacity for learning. * Persuasive and influential.
