




We are looking for a cook with experience in our restaurant Horno de San Juan, Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. Main responsibilities: \- Preparation of orders under the supervision of the head chef. \- Perform, in a qualified, autonomous and responsible manner, the preparation, seasoning and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques. \- Assist in ordering and preserving raw materials and products used in the kitchen. \- Prepare, cook and present culinary products. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. \- Control and ensure proper storage and efficient use of provided ingredients. Required: Strong communication skills. Desirable: Solid knowledge of the industry (wine lists, menu knowledge, protocols, etc.). English language proficiency.
