




**Responsibilities** Manage reception and patient welcome, ensuring professional and warm service. Register and confirm appointments, manage physiotherapists' schedules, and update data in the system. Organize the reception area and waiting room, ensuring everything is in optimal condition (coffee, water, necessary supplies). Cash register control, collections and payments, ensuring proper income management. Coordinate documentation for new patients and consent forms. Provide information regarding waiting times and consultation procedures. Coordinate with the physiotherapy team for proper appointment and patient management. **Requirements** Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in clinics or healthcare centers. Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and patient orientation. Proficiency with computer tools and appointment management software. Problem-solving individual, responsible, and proactive attitude.
