Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a degree in Computer Science or a related field for technology-related roles within the Public Administration. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional holding a Diploma, Technical Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Physics, Electronics, or a related Bachelor’s degree for computer science-related functions within the Public Administration of Logroño (La Rioja). Experience in the Public Administration environment will be valued, as well as knowledge of IT infrastructure and foundational software technologies, including virtualization, containerization, orchestration of Linux and Microsoft environments, and databases. Familiarity with network and traffic management technologies—such as perimeter solutions, SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and load balancers—is also required. Experience managing services under the ITIL methodology is considered a plus. Additionally, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, analytical capability for decision-making, negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, effective time management, adaptability, ethical commitment, and leadership ability are sought. Academic training in project management and computer science will be considered. The contract will be temporary.
