With over 23 years of experience, our work has advanced citizen empowerment through ICT and social innovation, addressing social challenges from both a human and technological perspective. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Your mission will be to coordinate and manage programs and activities that promote digital inclusion, ensuring that each project is successfully executed and has a real impact on people's lives. Your responsibilities will include: * Activity organization: Planning, coordinating, and completing projects, ensuring necessary resources are available and objectives are met, always with a human-centered approach. * Contact with organizations: Recruiting organizations to promote and inform about the various projects we manage. * Goal-oriented work: Achieving weekly targets focused on completing activities. * Internal collaboration: Working closely with different departments to ensure all activities align with the organization’s mission and reflect our values of inclusion and equity. * Project monitoring: Overseeing the entire activity cycle, from planning to evaluation, continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt to the needs of the people we serve. **WHAT AWAITS YOU AT CIBERVOLUNTARIOS?** * Contract: Permanent full-time contract, with a probation period according to agreement. * Workload: 35 hours per week, promoting balance between personal and professional life. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00\-18:30h with a 45-minute break / Monday to Friday from 8:00\-15:00h with a 15-minute break * Salary: 18\.000 euros gross annually.
