The **Chemical Operator** must have experience in manufacturing and standard chemical operations within a high-tech industrial facility environment. Specifically, we will value experience in the following areas: * 3 years of experience in battery manufacturing processes: Electrode, Cell Assembly, Formation, Module, Pack. Experience in polymer manufacturing is also highly desirable. * Experience working with or supplying BESS, BEV, PHEV to automotive OEMs and other clients. * Experience in dry or clean rooms, ideally ISO7 class 10\.000\. * Prior experience in fault diagnosis and investigation techniques. * Experience with ISO9001, 14001, IATF 16949, and APQP will be valued. * Prior experience in stacking facilities will be valued. * Experience using industry-standard problem-solving tools such as 5WHY, 4M, and FMEA will be valued.
