Job Summary: We are seeking a workshop supervisor to oversee personnel, verify assembly quality, and manage welders in the manufacturing of metal structures. Key Points: 1. Management of a welding team with extensive expertise We are looking for a person to assume the role of workshop supervisor in a company dedicated to the manufacturing and assembly of metal structures. Main responsibilities will include supervision and coordination of workshop personnel, thorough verification of assembly quality, and management of a welding team. In-depth knowledge and experience in welding techniques such as FLUX CORE for pipes, semi-automatic MIG, TIG, and covered electrode welding are required. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the key liaison between the workforce and the technical department. Prior experience in management and supervisory roles within the metal sector, as well as advanced welding knowledge, will be highly valued. It is mandatory to hold the professional metalworking card for structural metalwork and a valid driver's license. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00\. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
