




We are seeking a professional with proven experience leading maintenance teams in industrial environments with high requirements. The position offers a significant professional challenge within a plant distinguished by its advanced technology and strong innovative focus. Main responsibilities will include comprehensive management of the maintenance department, covering the development and monitoring of annual budgets. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating both corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as supervising subcontracted companies and actively participating in industrialization processes and improvements to existing facilities. A Technical Industrial Engineering degree, specializing in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, is required, although candidates with higher vocational qualifications will also be considered. At least four years of experience in similar roles is essential, along with solid knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and mechanics, as well as proficiency in computer tools.
