Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and detail-oriented personnel to operate industrial printing machinery, ensuring quality and resolving issues in a dynamic environment. Key Points: 1. Experience in printing or specific training in the sector. 2. Operation of industrial machinery, preferably printing machines. 3. Teamwork, adaptability to rotating shifts, and commitment. We are looking for personnel to operate industrial printing machinery at a plant located in La Puebla de la Barca. The main responsibility involves monitoring the production process, adjusting machine parameters according to job specifications, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Personnel are also responsible for resolving basic operational issues and performing basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good condition. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and responsibility are essential for daily operations. Previous experience in the printing sector or related specialized training is required; experience operating industrial machinery—especially printing machines—is particularly valued. A valid forklift operator license is required to support logistical tasks within the plant. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork ability, adaptability to rotating shifts, and commitment to production goals. Working conditions include a schedule organized into three rotating shifts, requiring flexibility. An initial temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent integration into the workforce for those demonstrating strong performance.
