




Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection/HR Technician to join our team, managing recruitment, hiring, and talent development processes within a leading engineering company. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we require a **SELECTION/HR TECHNICIAN** to join our team in Vitoria. **Responsibilities** · Execution and monitoring of internal and external recruitment activities. · Management of selection processes. · Publication of job openings across various channels (social media – LinkedIn, etc.\– job portals – InfoJobs, Infoempleo\– employment boards and other media). · Conducting in-person and remote interviews with candidates. · Onboarding of employees: employee assistance, document signing, provision of PPE. · Organization and scheduling of staff, including shift and working hour planning. · Hiring and administration, contract management. · Staff training and evaluation. · Professional development through career plans. · Supporting employees in resolving HR-related queries. · Administrative procedures. · Occupational risk prevention. · Creating, developing, and implementing people-related processes and procedures aligned with the company’s strategy. Ensuring workforce needs are met. **Requirements** · Higher Vocational Training (FP2) in Administration and Finance, Higher Vocational Training in Executive Assistance, or higher education (diploma or degree) in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources, and/or Labor Relations. · Prior experience or knowledge in personnel selection, hiring, and human resources. · Strategic vision. · Results-oriented mindset. · Leadership and ability to influence and develop the team. · Ability to manage and develop change management plans. · High capacity for work and self-management. · Excellent proficiency in MS Office. **Preferred Qualifications** · ERP knowledge. * Good command of English. · Prior experience in civil and industrial engineering and construction companies. **Offer** · Join a major international engineering company undergoing expansion. · Permanent, full-time position. · Real opportunities for internal promotion. · Continuous company training. · Participation in major national and international iconic projects.
