MANDATORY: A young person under 30 years of age, registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register. Registered at SOC as a jobseeker (DONO). Holding a university degree in fields related to Social Sciences, Education, Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, Management and Administration, Feminist Studies, Equality, or other studies related to social and educational action; the degree must have been completed no more than 3 years ago, or 5 years if the candidate has a disability. Capacity for organization, planning and time management; teamwork and coordination with different departments of the organization; analytical, writing and synthesis skills; strong oral and written communication skills, especially in Catalan; interest in and sensitivity towards the educational, social and community sectors. Availability for occasional schedule adjustments to attend activities, meetings or events; willingness to travel occasionally, mainly within Catalonia, to attend meetings. Desirable: Additional training in social project management, grant application and justification, gender perspective, diversity, equality and human rights–based education. Basic knowledge of public grant call procedures; ability to support technical and financial monitoring of projects, as well as evaluation and justification processes; basic digital competencies including office software, collaborative environments and document management. TASKS: Technical and financial monitoring of projects. The selected candidate will support: - Identification of Human Rights–focused education projects aimed at the educational community. - Formulation of education projects for local, national and European public grant calls. - Participation in representation forums of education entities in Catalonia. - Participation in workshops and events in the field of Education for Global Justice. - Maintaining contacts and seeking collaborations with public administrations and educational and social entities. - Technical and financial monitoring of projects. - Technical and financial evaluation and justification of projects. - Research into potential new funding sources. CONDITIONS: Training employment contract for professional practice (12 months). Full-time. Hybrid modality.
