**Job Description** Neko Escalada, a climbing gym in Logroño, is seeking a climbing instructor to cover weekends under an indefinite part-time contract. **Responsibilities** * Customer service at reception and in the climbing area * Conducting climbing taster sessions, beginner baptisms, and introductory classes * Supervising activity safety and inspecting equipment * Removing holds and cleaning climbing surfaces; maintaining the climbing space * Organizing group visits (schools, high schools, companies) during specific weekday mornings **Requirements** * Regular climbing practice (bouldering and/or roped climbing) * Stable availability to work Saturdays and Sundays * Experience interacting with the public and customer-oriented attitude * Responsibility regarding safety matters **Preferred Qualifications** * Certification as a climbing instructor, TD1 or TD2 * Experience working with children and groups * English or other foreign languages **Terms** * Indefinite part-time contract, fixed at 13 hours per week * Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00–13:30 and 18:00–21:00 * €541.67 gross/month (~€495 net), including extra payments * Optional weekly supplementary hours, notified three days in advance and paid at the same hourly rate * Free access to facilities and internal training Salary: €541.67 per month Work Location: On-site employment
