This is your opportunity to join a dynamic environment within a multinational company! **Job Mission**You will be responsible for supervising operations safely and efficiently, ensuring achievement of center objectives and those of our clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the coordinators team under your scope of responsibility. * Plan and manage resources to ensure appropriate team sizing according to demand. * Monitor operational performance and guarantee compliance with productivity and safety KPIs. * Manage client communication and report on daily operational activities. * Conduct monthly monitoring of the allocated budget. * Promote team development, motivation, and performance. * Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. * Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with the company's established health and safety policies. * **Candidate Profile** * Minimum 5 years of experience leading operational teams in multinational environments. * Secondary or higher education degree. * Advanced English proficiency (C1\). * Supply Chain / Logistics-specific training is desirable. * Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. * Analytical and organizational profile.
