Sports Instructor for Curves Gym – Logroño **Company:** Curves Logroño **Location:** Logroño (La Rioja) **Contract type:** Indefinite part-time **Working hours:** 6 hours per week (with possibility of extension) **Schedule:** Primarily afternoon shifts, with potential to cover some morning shifts depending on center needs. Job description At **Curves Logroño**, we are seeking an energetic, positive, and sports-passionate **Sports Instructor** to join our team. We seek a friendly, committed individual with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and supporting our members in achieving their health and wellness goals. We are not merely looking for a trainer, but for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with the public and creating an outstanding experience for our clients. Responsibilities * Supervise and lead Curves circuit workouts. * Motivate, support, and advise members during each session. * Correct exercise technique and ensure safety. * Track members’ goals and progress. * Address inquiries and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist in acquiring new members and in the center’s commercial activities. * Participate in daily organization and maintenance of the gym. Requirements * Qualification related to physical activity and sports (TSEAS/TAFAD, CAFYD or equivalent), or demonstrable experience in the fitness sector. * Experience in personal training, gyms, or group fitness activities will be valued. * Dynamic, responsible, and proactive individual. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Residence in Logroño or surrounding areas.
