Main responsibilities * Advise and assist customers throughout the purchasing process. * Handle inquiries, resolve issues and manage cash register transactions. * Support inventory management, stock control, orders and warehouse operations. * Maintain the store's visual presentation aligned with brand values. * Know the product catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, shipping times and procedures.
