Expert handling of raw materials and inventory management We seek a chef with proven experience in preparing hot, cold, and avant-garde dishes. Experience in pastry, baking, and confectionery is also valued. This position involves menu creation and structuring, development of standard recipes, and knowledge of gastronomic marketing. Expert handling of raw materials, inventory management, precise recipe costing, and participation in event execution are expected. A full-time permanent contract is offered, with working hours from 11:30 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 21:00\. Tuesdays afternoon and Wednesdays are days off. The approximate salary offered is €1350 gross per month.
