




Execute and manage labor relations processes. - Provide legal support in labor matters related to subcontracting, tenders, and insolvency proceedings. - Manage administrative procedures and information activities. - Planning and organization are essential to submit documentation and execute tasks within established deadlines and achieve set objectives. - Analytical ability is required to apply knowledge of the regulatory framework and carry out and/or advise on numerical calculations. Also necessary for advising internal representative bodies on various labor-related topics. - Negotiation skills to reach satisfactory agreements with workers and internal representative bodies. - Communication skills to understand internal requests from workers and management, thereby adding value to the organization. - Teamwork to facilitate synergies with other departments, based on cooperation and interpersonal relationships that foster a positive group climate. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Degree in Labor Relations. * Availability of a vehicle. * Willingness to travel. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Full-time working hours. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2200' to '2600'
