* Load and unload material onto trucks and railcars using crane loaders (fixed or mobile), with grab buckets, electromagnets or other equipment, always respecting weight limits and established safety regulations. * Packaging, stacking and material handling tasks, as well as operating fixed or mobile machinery (shear, press, shredder...) to facilitate material processing. Main responsibilities of the crane operator position include: * Loading and unloading materials at client or company facilities. * Controlling truck access for unloading according to daily planning. * Collaborating with plant supervisor in daily activity planning. * Requesting trucks for daily loading when authorized. * Managing associated documentation (waybills, delivery notes, work reports). * Operating forklifts and other equipment to move and store materials. * Performing equipment check\-lists and reporting maintenance needs. * Using preventive and corrective maintenance applications (ERP). * Requesting and justifying appropriate PPE for the crane operator position. * Complying with safety, quality and environmental regulations. * Participating in continuous improvement activities and required training. **Schedule:** Rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts, with potential split shifts later on. **Duration:** 6 months through a temporary employment agency, possibility of direct incorporation into the company **Working hours:** Full-time **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Intermediate Vocational Training. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a crane operator or in related roles. * Experience operating overhead cranes.
