The main responsibilities include managing daily accounting, monitoring suppliers, and overseeing non-medical inventory. Additionally, the role involves handling telephone inquiries and providing support for HR tasks and managing member registrations and cancellations. The position also includes direct support to management for preparing financial reports and identifying funding opportunities. Collaboration is required in organizing activities—from booking venues to purchasing necessary materials—as well as keeping the website updated and managing communication with trade associations for headquarters maintenance.
