Be part of a team that fosters learning and teamwork. In Fustiñana, we are looking for a person to join a temporary, part-time project to advance digital transformation across multiple sectors. You will play a pivotal role throughout the entire innovative solution development lifecycle—from conception through implementation and ongoing support. You will work closely with diverse teams and business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver solutions that improve processes in key areas such as logistics, operations, finance, and maintenance. Your work will involve in-depth analysis of business needs and translating them into clear, functional specifications. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including Python, artificial intelligence (computer vision and predictive models), and intelligent process automation tools. You will also play a key role in system integration—connecting our SAP S/4HANA ERP system with industrial systems and MES/IoT solutions—to ensure seamless information flow across platforms. Your contribution will be essential in modernizing and enhancing the efficiency of our operations. After solutions go live, you will provide user support, including training users on new tools and analyzing post-deployment performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Approximately 2 years of prior experience in development and project management roles required. Proficiency in Python programming. Interest or experience in artificial intelligence (predictive models, computer vision) and automation. SAP S/4HANA, MES/IoT systems, .NET, ABAP, or Flutter knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical ability, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
