Reporting to the Territorial Intervention Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the reception and transportation of vulnerable minors and adolescents. * Collaborate in implementing the educational program—targeted at minors or adolescents—under the supervision of the social educator and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks related to their work. * Implement group sessions, coordinated with the rest of the technical team, to foster basic skills in minors and adolescents necessary for their personal and social autonomy. * Promote the autonomy and self-care of accommodated minors. * Collaborate with and accompany minors and adolescents in carrying out procedures to access services, manage resources, address health-related, training-related, and other matters linked to the pathway established by the technical team. * Support minors or adolescents in daily routines (meals, hygiene, rest, activities). * Propose, manage, and implement sports, leisure, and free-time interventions—both group-based and individual. * Encourage participation in community resources and social networks. * Manage cohabitation in accommodation flats and mediate in conflict situations. * Record information in internal databases and any other data required for program management. * Support administrative and/or accountability-related tasks for the program. * Provide interpretation support and, occasionally, document translation. * Carry out necessary procedures for prevention and/or treatment in the healthcare field. * Support logistical aspects of reception: supplier management, purchasing, invoice collection, expense justification. * Participate in team meetings, as required. * Ensure optimal condition of facilities, equipment, and furnishings at accommodation flats, service offices, and other locations where services are delivered. * Participate in advocacy and social participation processes. The main responsibilities of this position are: * Assume responsibility for the management, administration, and representation of the Youth House service. * Jointly design, with the Youth House team and municipal technical staff, the annual strategic and operational plan, maintaining constant coordination for its implementation. * Carry out the administrative and financial management of the service in compliance with the conditions established in the contract, including coordination tasks related to maintenance. * Coordinate the staff assigned to the Youth House for the development of the service’s programs (organization, monitoring, and motivation), in accordance with the service’s training plan. * Coordinate educational, informational, and participatory strategies. * Establish the necessary mechanisms to promote and facilitate youth participation in the day-to-day operations of the service. * Implement the quality plan, coordinating and promoting continuous improvement processes for the service. * Participate in the design and collaborate in launching youth programs that—while not specific to the Youth House—are developed within the Youth Department. * Integrate the service into municipal youth policies and other municipal policies, adopting an approach focused on, with, and for the municipality. * Perform the administrative and managerial duties inherent to the position. * In general, carry out any other functions assigned within the scope of this role.
