Your mission: You will lead the design, deployment, and monitoring of open innovation programs, evaluating opportunities, aligning projects with organizational strategy, and coordinating internal and external teams to achieve real impact in the agri-food sector. What will you do? * Design programs (objectives, methodology, tools) together with the Area Director, and identify new program lines. * Coordinate actions for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting opportunities and projects. * Assess and prioritize initiatives based on their potential and viability. * Monitor the portfolio of programs and executed projects. * Promote and present the portfolio to clients, users, and external entities. * Participate in defining the business model of the area. * Coordinate external suppliers and collaborators. * Lead the work team and foster professional growth. * Collaborate with other departments in scouting, ideation, events, and technological surveillance. **Requirements:** --------------- What we are looking for * Bachelor’s degree + Master's in engineering, biotechnology, life sciences, information technologies, or related fields. * Postgraduate education highly valued (Innovation, Project Management, MBA). * Expert knowledge of open innovation models and management tools (PMI, Agile, Lean, Stage-Gate). * Specialized knowledge of the agri-food sector. * English level C1. Required for working with international stakeholders. * +5 years of experience in designing/managing innovation programs. * +3 years of experience in food innovation, processes, or technologies applied to the sector. * Experience preparing proposals for funding calls (CDTI, Horizon Europe). * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
