




Training University degree in Social Education, Social Work, Primary Education Teaching, Pedagogy, or related fields. Director’s qualification for leisure activities. Experience Minimum 1 year of professional experience. Proficiency in the Catalan language (equivalent to level C). Experience working with children at risk. Experience implementing socioeducational support projects. Experience developing curricular adaptations and individualized education plans. Experience facilitating and coordinating socioeducational activities for children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Experience applying socioeducational approaches through group processes. Prior experience in the Proinfancia Program and/or programs funded by the European Union will be valued. Competencies Leadership competence in managing volunteer teams and student interns. Ability to design, plan, implement, and evaluate socioeducational projects. Capacity to develop, apply, and assess work plans (individual and group-based) in socioeducational interventions, aligned with identified needs. Dynamism and autonomy. Ability to collaborate effectively with educational institutions. Competence and expertise in using digital technologies to promote educational success, digital wellbeing, and maker activities with children will be valued. Work Responsibilities Implementation and supervision of educational programming and activities. Socioeducational intervention—both individually and in groups—with children aged 6–8 years. Socioeducational accompaniment: needs analysis; development, implementation, and evaluation of improvement plans (tutoring sessions, family interviews, coordination with relevant social agents). Assessment, processing, and follow-up of support measures linked to the family and child accompaniment pathway. Accompaniment and facilitation of volunteer activities, as well as supervision of interns involved with the group. Management and use of the organization’s quality tools. Coordination with various local stakeholders to ensure continuous monitoring of family needs and progress. Coordination and joint work with educational institutions.
