**Ingeteam**, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire a **Personnel Development Technician** to join the People \& Culture team in **Sarriguren** on a **temporary** basis. **Mission** Lead selection, onboarding, and welcome processes, acting as the main point of contact for business units. Additionally, work on defining and implementing the employer branding strategy and be responsible for developing new talent sourcing channels. Among its main **challenges**, the following tasks stand out: * Lead selection processes from the initial identification of needs through to closure. * Develop a network of contacts with universities and training centers. * Enhance Ingeteam's positioning regarding employer branding in close collaboration with the Communication / Marketing department. * Improve the onboarding process and carry out welcoming activities for new hires. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent. * Master's degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Management. * Minimum of 3 years of experience leading onboarding and development processes in technological sectors and/or related to Electrical Engineering. * English C1 level. * Basque language skills are desirable. * SAP knowledge will be valued. * The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, teamwork ability, internal customer orientation, initiative, foresight, problem-solving capability, results orientation, and efficiency. **We offer** * Temporary contract covering a maternity leave. * International working environment. * Opportunity to gain experience performing dynamic tasks. * Flexible working hours and additional work-life balance benefits. * Competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's experience.
