We are Magnesitas Navarras, part of the Roullier Group. We specialize in the extraction and processing of magnesite for commercialization in the metallurgical, agro-food, and environmental industries. For our mine located in Eugi, we are seeking to hire a Mine Operations Manager. Reporting to the Mine Manager and coordinating with other departments, the selected candidate will assume the following functions and responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and carry out mining operations within the framework of the authorized exploitation project. * Schedule mining activities after coordination with the plant regarding mineral requirements. * Review, supervise, and manage personnel, including schedules, shifts, and work plans, among others. * Monitor mineral quality to correct any deviations. * Coordinate tasks related to the "Restoration Plan", scheduling activities performed by internal staff or subcontractors. * Develop the maintenance plan for machinery and facilities. * Ensure that the entire mining production process complies with Environmental, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Higher Engineering degree and/or Master's in Mining. * At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles (desirable). * Experience and/or knowledge in SURPAC and Autocad software is an advantage. * Intermediate to advanced level of English. **Required Skills:** * People management skills.
