We are seeking 3 Plant Operators to operate and maintain a major steam supply facility via a biomass boiler solution located near Cáseda, serving an industrial client in the food sector. AVAILABILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS as the plant operates 24/7. Responsibilities: * Reporting to the plant supervisor, you will be responsible for: * Operating the plant during your shift, including biomass supply and operation of the biomass boiler. * Performing first-level maintenance tasks according to GMAO. * Ensuring contractual thermal production targets are met. * Guaranteeing demand fulfillment and compliance with contractual quality conditions. * Operational coordination with the customer. * Compliance with ENGIE's Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Compliance with ENGIE's Quality and Environmental standards.
