Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or technician with experience to lead improvement projects, optimize production processes, and implement excellence and continuous improvement systems. Key Highlights: 1. Lead improvement projects and optimize production processes. 2. Implement machinery improvement and the excellence system. 3. Support production with Continuous Improvement methodologies. 15/03/2021 \- Navarra Minimum Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience * Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or vocational training Required Knowledge: * Process Engineering * Lean Manufacturing * Production Systems * Six Sigma * Machinery * 3D Design Software Main Responsibilities: * Lead improvement projects * Implement improvements to existing machinery as well as integration of new machinery. * Analyze and optimize production structures and processes * Identify improvement opportunities and define necessary actions to realize them * Proactively seek production process improvement * Maintain and enhance existing work standards * Support Production in resolving acute incidents and chronic problems using Continuous Improvement methodologies * Support Production in pursuing zero incidents through a proactive and preventive approach * Coordinate implementation of the excellence system across the company * Plan and monitor actions required to meet excellence system objectives * Participate in Continuous Improvement activities outside the bending area, providing a cross-functional perspective. * Implement key elements of the production system in collaboration with management * Conduct internal audits of the Lean system
