We are currently seeking a Social Worker to join our center located in Navarra, where you would carry out the following responsibilities: * Providing information and guidance on benefits, resources, procedures... * Receiving referral proposals. * Conducting assessment interviews with individuals eligible to access the center. * Diagnosing risk and protective factors. * Diagnosing difficulties and capabilities in the labor context. * Developing an individual social integration plan with the individual. * Implementing and promoting network collaboration (coordination). * Communicating and coordinating with the work team. * Managing and processing municipal benefits. * Supporting individuals in the recovery or stabilization of their social integration.
