At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking, on behalf of our client, a Site Manager with proven experience in the comprehensive management of construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the correct execution of the works, meeting established quality, safety, schedule, and cost standards. This role is critical to ensuring that each project progresses efficiently, safely, and aligned with both the company’s and the client’s objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities. * Manage internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Monitor technical execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Ensure compliance with on-site health and safety standards. * Track budget performance, certifications, and cost control. * Coordinate with the technical director, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. * Prepare progress reports and report to the Construction Management Department. * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during execution. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or equivalent position. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and site management practices. * Proficiency in planning tools and technical software (MS Project, AutoCAD). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and team management abilities. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in industrial projects. * Occupational Health and Safety Certification (minimum 60 hours) or Safety Coordinator certification. * Knowledge of Lean Construction or continuous improvement methodologies. * English or other foreign languages. **What does the company offer?** Join a growing company with high-impact projects. * Permanent contract and competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development and continuous training. * Positive work environment and stable projects. * Salary between 35\.000 and 45000€ SBA Reclut is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy.
