**Job Summary:** **This position is for an internship role in Ericsson Spain.** We are now looking for a GenAI developer to prototype on GenAI automations applied to Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC). You´ll analyze requirements and prototyping on new GenAI technologies to be incorporated into our tools ecosystem. You´ll work following Lean and Agile ways of working and be part of platform team in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. **What You’ll Do:** * **Use Case Grooming:** Detail GenAI use cases aligned with business needs and defining scope and objectives. * **Data Acquisition and Preparation:** Gathering, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to ensure quality and suitability for GenAI models. * **Model Development and Experimentation:** Designing, developing, and training GenAI models using appropriate frameworks and techniques, and experimenting with different architectures and hyperparameters. * **Coding and Implementation:** Writing efficient and well\-documented code to implement GenAI models and integrate them into existing systems. * **Evaluation and Validation:** Evaluating model performance using relevant metrics, validating results, and iterating on models to improve accuracy and reliability. * **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborating with cross\-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, and communicating technical findings and insights effectively. **What You’ll Need:** * Experience in Cloud providers (Azure, AWS) and Codding Buddy Tools * Experience on applied DevSecOps methodologies and tooling. * Experience on Python. * Experience on Prompt Engineering and basic GenAI Architecture. * Knowledge on Agentic Frameworks * Communication Skills * Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills * Good English Level (Multi site project where English is vehicular language) **Join our Team** -----------------
