**LOZY'S PHARMACEUTICALS**, a company within the QUBE Pharmaceutical Group, dedicated to pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and packaging of pharmaceutical candies at its state-of-the-art production plant in Lekaroz, Navarra, is seeking to hire a candidate for the position of: **FINANCIAL MANAGER, Ref.: 25097** Reporting directly to the General Management, you will be responsible for leading the financial and economic department, aiming to optimize company resources and improve the company's financial performance by conducting profitability studies and developing medium- and long-term forecasting models, while leading your team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:** * Cost accounting: analysis and control of the company’s operational costs. * Financial statement analysis: assessment of the company’s financial situation and preparation of reports for management. * Profit and loss analysis: monitoring and analysis of organizational revenues and expenses. * Accounting reporting: preparation of periodic accounting and financial reports and indicators. * Economic and financial control: supervision and control of the company’s financial processes. * Finance: management of cash flows, budgets, and financial projections. * Financial management: participation in strategic decision-making related to the company’s finances. * Financial analysis: evaluation of the organization’s financial health and recommendation of improvements. * Develop internal control policies and procedures. * Investment policies, as well as all matters related to company financing and product costing. * Lead and manage your team, promoting maximum integration, commitment, professional development, and autonomy (current team size: 1 person). **Requirements:** Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Solid professional experience in similar financial and economic management roles. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI.
