In a leading company in the packaging sector, operating within the industrial area of San Adrián, we are seeking candidates for two key production positions. This is a dynamic and stable environment where continuity and efficiency are essential. Both roles are fundamental to maintaining quality and safety standards, directly contributing to the plant’s optimal workflow. The Line Operator supervises and operates an entire production line. Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing orders, managing the traceability system, and resolving any incidents that arise. Additionally, the operator performs manual adjustments on the line, carries out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, and supervises the team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace order. The Press Operator focuses on ensuring the assigned press functions correctly. Tasks include coordinating production, adjusting the machine for optimal performance, troubleshooting minor faults, and monitoring production indicators. The operator is also responsible for palletizing according to palletization specifications, inspecting final product quality, and keeping their work area clean and organized. The contract is temporary and full-time. Vocational training (FP) in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent studies is required. For the Line Operator position, a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role is required; for the Press Operator position, at least two years’ experience in industrial environments is required.
