It comprises a team of over 4\.700 professionals who provide daily support to 5\.100 individuals facing social vulnerability, aiming to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. We operate across more than 150 centers and services covering mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are seeking a Social Educator to join our PSH TRINITARIOS PAMPLONA center located in Pamplona, Navarra. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Care for, support, and intervene in activities related to autonomy, self-care, and daily living to enhance users’ psychosocial functioning. * Collaborate in assessment and planning tasks across various areas of psychosocial support and intervention: self-care, activities of daily living, psychomotor skills, leisure and free time, community integration, etc. * Prepare and complete all appropriate documentation and records, as well as relevant reports on behavior and progress. * Welcome, engage, and connect users with the center and the psychosocial rehabilitation process. * Collaborate in developing the Individual Rehabilitation Plan with the technical team. * Implement interventions designed by the Technical Team. * Supervise medication intake and provide support regarding prescriptions, medication acquisition, and training. * Supervise and train users in performing domestic tasks (e.g., cleaning and organizing their room, assisting with bathroom and shared space cleaning, etc.) to promote autonomy in this area. * Maintain strict confidentiality regarding data and information handled during professional practice concerning individuals served. * Support and collaborate in monitoring objectives outlined in the intervention plan. * Accompany, support, and supervise users during training and activities in external environments and when using socio-community resources. * Participate in the processes of user admission, motivation, and conclusion of the intervention program at the center.
