Accounting Administrator

Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support to management and operations departments, collaborating in accounting records, purchasing management, stock control, and general office tasks, within a company that manufactures and sells electronic devices. * Accounting and Administrative Tasks: * Record purchase and sales invoices in the system * Perform simple bank reconciliations * Keep accounting and administrative files up to date * Purchasing and Stock: * Enter stock movements for components and finished products * Coordinate orders with suppliers and track deliveries * Assist in inventory control and report generation * Operational Management: * Coordinate basic logistics tasks (shipments, dispatch documentation) * Provide administrative support to the Production department * Assist with general office tasks **Schedule:** From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday (flexible) **Workload:** Part-time **Professional Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience **Education:** Higher Technician in Administration and Finance or similar. Proactive, organized person with good time management. Problem-solving and autonomous profile, with experience in dynamic administrative environments. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments. Attention to detail and commitment to record accuracy.
