We are seeking a Caregiver to work at our CAIDIS ONCINEDA center in Navarra: Key responsibilities include: * Assisting users in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and actively participating in workshops and activities organized by the Social Integration Technician. * Requesting clothing, hygiene supplies, and other items necessary for user well-being from the Social Worker; ensuring such clothing is in good condition and removing or deactivating it when required. * Conducting workshops and activities across various center environments, following instructions, guidance, and support provided by respective technical staff (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Therapist, Social Integration Technician, Social Services Technician, etc.). * Performing personal hygiene and bathing assistance for residents unable to do so independently. * Carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks in workshop classrooms after each activity, including cleaning cabinets and bedside tables, wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc. * Implementing bladder re-education activities, diaper changes, and ensuring residents’ proper daily fluid intake. * Serving meals in the dining room according to prescribed dietary plans per user; feeding residents who cannot feed themselves; supervising self-feeding for those capable of doing so; serving breakfast, lunch, snacks, and/or dinner as directed by competent technical staff in each area. * Monitoring and recording early warning signs exhibited by users (e.g., pain, diarrhea, fever, complaints, bleeding, difficulty walking, lethargy), reporting them to the responsible supervisor, and documenting them in a physical logbook for subsequent entry into Resiplus. In cases involving medically significant incidents, immediately inform the center’s medical service orally and record the incident in the aforementioned physical logbook. * Preparing residents for center outings: assisting with dressing, preparing diapers, extra undergarments, wheelchairs (if needed), etc., upon receiving prior notice of the outing from families/guardians or technical staff. * Assisting highly dependent users in traveling to therapy sessions or scheduled activities, and responding to residents’ needs to ensure their comfort and well-being.
