* Accompany children and adolescents in the development of the Individual Educational Program with the support of other professionals. * Collect information on the intervention with the child or adolescent through a follow-up journal and share relevant information for the intervention during shift changes. * Care for and protect children and adolescents both inside and outside the center. * Detect the material and emotional needs of children and adolescents and activate responses to meet those needs. * Serve as an emotional reference and provide a space of emotional security where the child or adolescent feels validated and unconditionally loved. * Serve as a role model regarding behavioral guidelines and performance of socially integrating roles in today's society. * Promote personal and social autonomy of the children and adolescents served. * In the case of foreign minors and/or youth, address the following key objectives: language acquisition, administrative regularization, sociocommunity integration, and sociolaboral promotion. * Testify in judicial proceedings arising from the families served, if required by the Court, the Public Prosecutor, or the Public Entity. * Any other function that, being necessary in the intervention of the programs covered by this agreement, falls within their professional competence. **Schedule:** **Rotating shifts:** weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and weekday nights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). **Workload:** Full-time **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
