We are seeking a night watchperson to cover a temporary position in a residential service located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, working with women in situations of vulnerability. \- Ensure residents' rest. \- Care for and maintain the safety of the residence and its facilities. \- Respond to possible incidents or situations that may arise. \- At the start of the shift, receive a handover report from the educational team regarding residents staying overnight, residents arriving late, and any incidents or essential information needed to perform the job effectively. \- During the shift, conduct an overnight stay check, which involves recording each day's overnight stays. \- Provide special monitoring for residents who, due to night-shift work, must return after the main entrance door is locked. \- Call women who have not yet returned and have not notified staff that they will not stay overnight. \- Ensure compliance with the scheduled hours for spaces and services with defined facility usage (showers, TV room, etc.). \- Close doors to areas inaccessible during nighttime hours (terrace, laundry room, dining patio, etc.), and close the main entrance door and access to the main zone. \- Activate the alarm system. \- Maintain a rest-conducive environment throughout the entire shift. Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in the social sector is valued. * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1600' * Additional relevant details: TEMPORARY COVERAGE LOCATION: Gothic Quarter (BCN) WORK SCHEDULE: \- First month: 30 weekly hours from Friday to Sunday \+ holiday nights from 23:30 to 08:15. \- Second month: 34 weekly hours from Monday to Thursday from 23:30 to 07:45.
