We seek a highly energetic, positive, and creativity-driven Kitchen Assistant capable of embodying the artistic and approachable spirit that defines our hotel. We aim to welcome someone who enjoys crafting dishes at our new restaurant Be Smart Food, paying attention to detail, contributing ideas, and actively collaborating with the team to deliver a fresh, original, and identity-aligned culinary experience. Job Description What will your day-to-day be like? * Assisting in dish preparation. * Mise en place and organization of assigned station. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen. * Assisting in storage and preservation of raw materials. * Collaborating with the team to ensure agile and high-quality service. * Complying with food safety regulations and HACCP standards. * Contributing to the hotel’s creative, dynamic, and collaborative atmosphere. What are we looking for? * Prior kitchen experience or formal training in gastronomy. * Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the hospitality sector. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure. * An organized, agile person with a positive attitude. * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and food safety. * Interest in simple, carefully prepared, and well-executed cuisine. Requirements * Training in Cooking, Gastronomy, or Restaurant Management (vocational training or equivalent is valued). * Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchens. * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and mise en place. * Familiarity with food hygiene regulations and HACCP standards. * Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments. * Agility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to quality. * Knowledge of English or other languages in a hospitality setting is an advantage.
