Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Engineer responsible for managing the department, ensuring system maintenance and alignment, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of the IT team and coordination with external vendors. 2. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT system. 3. Administration of Windows Server systems and virtualized environments. IT Engineer We are looking for a person to lead our IT department, responsible for: * Managing the team of professionals comprising the department. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of the organization's IT system. * Ensuring continuous hardware and software suitability for proper operation of ongoing activities. * Technical support and incident resolution (intermediate\-advanced level). * Administration of Windows Server systems. * Virtualized environments. * Management of Windows clients, iOS mobile devices, telephony, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365\. * Coordination with external vendors. * Networks: LAN/WAN, VPN, switching, routing, connectivity, and communications. * Ensuring compliance with established protocols and current regulations. * Knowledge of cybersecurity. * Committed and responsible individual with strong organizational skills, initiative, autonomy in performing duties, and ability to work collaboratively. * Organizational skills, initiative, and autonomy in performing duties are highly valued. **Requirements:** Engineering or Technical Engineering degree (additional qualifications are advantageous). Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent position. Technical reliability and attention to detail. Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, service orientation, and commitment. Residence in Barcelona city (or metropolitan area). Immediate availability (or within a short timeframe) is highly desirable.
