**GLOVAL**, an enterprise group specialized in comprehensive valuation, engineering, consulting, and data analysis services, with over 40 years of experience and a strong commitment to digitalization and new technologies, is seeking an **Administrative Drafter** for its Valuation Department at its Barcelona offices. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Receiving, registering, and tracking assignments. * Supporting the verification of graphical and descriptive data of assets. * Document management and data processing. * Monitoring and controlling valuation reports. * Preparing technical drawings. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Drafting, Building Projects, or equivalent. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Responsible and proactive individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Experience in the real estate sector is valued. **What defines us** We firmly believe people are the most important asset.
