We are looking for an HR Technician to join the Talent team within the People Department. The main responsibilities include: • End-to-end management of selection processes (operational, technical, and/or corporate profiles). • Drafting and publishing job offers on portals, social media, and other channels. • Resume screening and conducting telephone and in-person/online interviews. • Coordinating interviews with managers and tracking candidate applications. • Preparing selection reports and reporting. • Liaising with external providers (temporary work agencies, headhunters, job portals, etc.). • Engaging with universities, business schools, and training centers to attract young talent. • Managing internship programs. • Participating in job fairs. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR department. • Experience in recruitment is preferred. • University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. • Fluent English. ### **What We Offer** • A fully stable position. • Full-time working hours. • Immediate start. • Competitive salary.
