This position is based between **Barcelona** and **Tarragona**. We are looking for an **Electromechanical Engineer / Data Center Quantity Surveyor** (specialist in planning, estimation, and progress control for Data Center projects) to join our Engineering and Networks team. Our client is a leading hyperscaler in solutions for the design and construction of data centers. If you have experience in cost management and project control, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems during design and construction phases. * Manage measurements and budgets for electrical installations, HVAC, and special systems. * Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Takeoffs. * Track progress, measure completed work, and validate monthly valuations. * Provide technical support to ensure efficient and compliant deliveries. This role can be performed in Barcelona or Zaragoza (hybrid format).
