We seek a professional with extensive sector experience, accustomed to managing work teams and handling large volumes. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Design menus and adapted diets. * Conduct inventories, monitor stock condition, plan and place purchase orders, supervise order receipt and condition, and oversee storage and preservation. * Carry out controls specified in the HACCP manual.
