Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in ICT projects, particularly in public procurement, system architecture, cybersecurity, or project management, and in drafting technical specifications for tenders. Experience in central system infrastructure and databases MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. Postgraduate studies in public procurement, system architecture, cybersecurity, or project management are desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT projects related to implementation, management, or consulting of technological solutions in complex environments. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing technical specifications for public tenders, especially for ICT infrastructure projects. Experience in central system infrastructure environments (Linux, Windows, Solaris) and corporate databases (Oracle, Informix, PostgreSQL, etc.). Experience in technology infrastructure procurement and acquisition processes, including storage systems and physical or virtualized servers. At least 1 year of experience managing or participating in projects funded by European funds. English language proficiency at C2 level (spoken and written) (certification is not required). Possession or ability to obtain NATO HPS SECRET security clearance or equivalent.
